"I love this backpack and felt like it was quality made , only had it about a week and finally used it. First day one of the zipper tabs came right off so now I’m going to have to attach something to it for us to use the zipper on the main compartment. The little metal piece is too hard to pull the zipper without attaching something to it but this was our first day using it."

"Update : actually used the backpack for the first time , the zipper cover came off the main conpartment so now I will have to find something to attacht on it because its really hard to grab the little piece to even use the zipper on the main compartment, Im sure the rest will fall off soon too. This backpack is spacious. I love all the keychains that were included. This backpack is unique and good qauilty."
