Having trouble logging after creating an account?

Please make sure you’ve created your account and then activated it to log in to the site. You should have gotten an email from us to activate your account.

Still having issues? You may need to activate the account or to reset your password. Email us at hey@littletrouble.com to get an account activation email/link.

What is your loyalty program? And how do I sign up?

Our loyalty program rewards you for shopping with us! It’s free and easy to join! You can sign up by creating an account - all we need is your name and email address. If you already have a Little Trouble account, simply log in and click "REWARDS" from your dashboard.

As a reminder, make sure to use the same email address each time you shop to earn points for your purchases. You can find other Loyalty Program FAQs on the Rewards page, linked here.

How do I know how many points I have? Why can't I see my points in my account?

Your points are displayed on the Rewards Page. You must create an account and then log in to your account to view your points. You can also view your points balance in checkout when you are logged into your account; they are visible in a dropdown above where you would usually enter a discount code.

If your points balance is not displaying, please be sure to be using a standard web browser (not DuckDuckGo). If you are using a standard browser and are still not seeing your points balance, refresh your page and wait up to 30 seconds for them to load. If you have a popup blocker turned on this can also cause points not to display.

SHIPPING

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 within the US. For orders under $100 we offer a flat rate of $8.

Return To Sender: We have a $10 fee for all packages that have been returned to sender for address issues. This fee is to cover the cost of the time and resources it takes to locate the returns, link them to orders, and restock.

International Shipping (outside of the US): We can ship to any international address that our shipping partners will authorize. Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout in applicable regions. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

What are your shipping times?

We do our best to ship orders within 48 business hours! Only express orders have a same day shipping guarantee (if purchased during business hours). Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

How long does delivery take?

Standard Delivery: Our warehouse ships orders within 48 hours Monday-Friday. During peak season, processing times can be up to 72 hours. Delivery rages between 7-10 business days.
Express Delivery: 2-day and overnight options are available. Please note, shipping times are based on business days and carriers can still take a day or so to receive, sort and scan orders. Delivery times are AFTER the order has been packed and shipped. Not total time.
International Delivery: We can ship to any international address that our shipping partners will authorize. Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout in applicable regions.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer express 2-day and overnight! Delivery times are calculated AFTER the order has been packed and shipped (during business hours). Please note, carriers can still take a day or so to receive, sort and scan orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled/processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number. Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number into our tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 2 business days for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please check back later.

Can I change or edit my order?

We're unable to change or edit orders since our warehouse ships the same day / early the next day.

However, you can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives. Click here to start a return.

What if my order says delivered but I haven't received it?

We offer package protection at checkout to ensure your delivery is covered no matter what!

What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?

We’re sorry your item(s) have arrived damaged!

Note: While we may not be able to guarantee that your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we will do our best to resolve the situation.

If you choose to opt out of the protection, no worries! We have a $10 return/processing fee for the items you are shipping back that will be inspected and returned to stock to ensure your little loves are only ever receiving new and pristine items from us. Your exchange order will always ship for free!

Machine wash with other colors. Hang dry or machine dry on low. Expect 1-2cm of shrinkage on first wash/dry but no shrinkage after that. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY ON HOT/WARM.
